This elegant air dehumidifier, in an emphatically simple white color, is worth every recommendation - for example in terms of the dehumidification effect. The TTK 66 E removes up to 24 liters of moisture per day from the ambient air and is suitable for rooms up to 50 m².

The TTK 66 E offers 4 operating modes and thus provides drier air in the room that is more comfortable for the body. On the one hand there is automatic dehumidification controlled by a hygrostat with preselection of a target value between 35 and 85% relative humidity in comfortable steps of 5%, including a turbo blower that can be switched on, and on the other hand a special comfort function. Thus, the TTK 66 E automatically regulates the air humidity value to a comfortable value depending on the temperature. In addition, the laundry drying function and the continuous function are available as additional modes.

Comfort function: temperature-dependent dehumidification

For an optimal room climate, it is necessary to harmonize the room temperature and humidity. And this is exactly where temperature-dependent dehumidification comes into play. The device regulates the air humidity value to the optimal value depending on the temperature. The comfort function is especially recommended when using program-controlled heating systems. If the room temperature changes during the day or at night, the dehumidifier automatically adjusts its dehumidification performance.

A convincing range of functions

With the practical 24-hour timer function, you can set in advance when the device will turn itself on or off. The range of functions is rounded off by, for example, a level warning light when the water tank is full and overfill protection with automatic shut-off. The discreet viewing window on the front is another special feature of the dehumidifier and also allows a visual check of the water level in the tank.

A washable air filter and a drain connection, which enables continuous operation without supervision, round off the practical equipment of the TTK 66 E and make the device extremely easy to use. And changing rooms with this dehumidifier becomes pure pleasure – thanks to the practical cable holder, integrated carrying handles and steerable wheels.

Automatic restart function

With the automatic restart function (or memory function), the device restarts with the previously selected setting after an unexpected shutdown due to a power failure as soon as the power is available again. This means that the dehumidifier is also suitable for use with a timer.

Gentle drying of laundry with dehumidifiers
In addition to dehumidifying the air in the room, the dehumidifier can be practically used for drying clothes - as a support or as a complete replacement for a classic clothes dryer. The laundry drying function (also known as fabric drying mode or SuperDry function) is comparable to traditional outdoor drying.

Dehumidifiers have an advantage because the laundry dries gently, just like in nature. The colors remain bright, and the clothes have a longer lifespan than with conventional tumble dryers and with significantly lower energy consumption.

In addition, delicate materials such as wool, silk or synthetic fibers can also be dried without hesitation. Unlike pure air drying, laundry becomes much softer and more comfortable to wear on the skin.

Laundry drying is also possible with dehumidifiers without a laundry drying function. The target humidity value must then be set according to the desired residual humidity:

Propane (R290) as an environmentally friendly refrigerant in dehumidifiers
Every year, synthetic refrigerants release several million tons of environmentally harmful CO2 emissions (greenhouse gases) into the air. Therefore, the use of alternative refrigerants is one of our most important goals. With the use of propane (R290) as a refrigerant, this dehumidifier makes a valuable contribution to climate protection.

The natural refrigerant propane (R290) is an organic compound and is one of the hydrocarbons. Unlike synthetic refrigerants, environmentally friendly propane (R290) has neither ozone depletion potential (ODP=0) nor significant greenhouse effect (GWP=3).

An additional plus for the environment: Due to its excellent thermodynamic properties, propane (R290) is a particularly energy-efficient refrigerant and thus also reduces your energy costs.
