The TTK 120 S works in automatic mode controlled by a hygrostat, has an efficient automatic defrosting system with hot gas and is also suitable for permanent drying in unattended rooms. The antibacterial filter retains hair, dust or animal hair and prevents the growth of bacteria.

Gentle drying of laundry with dehumidifiers

In addition to dehumidifying the air in the room, the dehumidifier can be practically used for drying clothes - as a support or as a complete replacement for a classic clothes dryer. The laundry drying function (also known as fabric drying mode or SuperDry function) is comparable to traditional outdoor drying.

Dehumidifiers have an advantage because the laundry dries gently, just like in nature. The colors remain bright, and the clothes have a longer lifespan than with conventional tumble dryers and with significantly lower energy consumption.

In addition, delicate materials such as wool, silk or synthetic fibers can also be dried without hesitation. Unlike pure air drying, laundry becomes much softer and more comfortable to wear on the skin.

Laundry drying is also possible with dehumidifiers without a laundry drying function. The target humidity value must then be set according to the desired residual humidity:

With the use of propane (R290) as a refrigerant, this dehumidifier makes a valuable contribution to climate protection.

The natural refrigerant propane (R290) is an organic compound and is one of the hydrocarbons. Unlike synthetic refrigerants, environmentally friendly propane (R290) has neither ozone depletion potential (ODP=0) nor significant greenhouse effect (GWP=3).

Additional plus for the environment: Due to its excellent thermodynamic properties, propane (R290) is a particularly energy-efficient refrigerant and thus also reduces your energy costs.
