On hot summer days, there is nothing more comfortable than a cooling air conditioner in your own home. And with the combined heater for optional heating, you can program your comfortable climate practically all year round.

Especially in the transition period between spring and autumn, daily temperatures often change significantly. Comfortable air conditioners with an additional heating function, such as the PAC 2010 SH or PAC 3500 SH, not only provide refreshing cooling during the heat of the day, but also pleasant warmth in the evening. Everything is included with only one device, ventilation and dehumidification. The secret of this versatility is based on the integrated functional principle of the reversible heat pump, which means that the refrigerant can be replaced as needed in such equipped devices.

Instead of creating cool air in the room and, in turn, drawing hot process air from outside, the reverse process now generates hot air for space use, while the cooler process air is discharged outside. The reverse process is fully automatic and you only need to set the desired target temperature on the device. Depending on the prevailing room temperature, the air conditioner automatically switches between cooling and heating functions in a thermostat-controlled manner to maintain the preselected room temperature at all times.

Tip for saving energy: Heating is significantly cheaper with such air conditioners than with pure electric heaters. Unlike electric heaters, where energy is converted almost 1:1 into thermal power, the PAC 2010 SH air conditioner converts the energy used into twice as much thermal power (COP efficiency) significantly higher than 2. At a COP of 2.3, for example, 1 kW of electrical of energy is produced in a total of 2.3 kW of thermal power!
